What to Pack In Your Diaper Bag for a Preschooler and a Toddler

by Jodi from Moms Favorite Stuff

A while back, I posted an article (at momsfavoritestuff.com) with my suggestions for what to pack in your diaper bag for a newborn. Now that my oldest is potty trained, I’ve found that I am packing my diaper bag with very different things.

For my everyday diaper bag, I’m using a Ju Ju Be Be Spicy bag. I love all of the features of this bag, especially how easy it is to clean, the organization, and the option to use a messenger strap or shoulder straps. It’s perfect to hold everything I need for two kids. In my Be Spicy bag, I organize everything using two Ju Ju Be Be Quicks. Be Quicks can hold several diapers and a wipes case, and also contain a wrist strap and a zipper pocket inside. You can buy Ju Ju Be products at http://www.mamasandmunchkins.com/. One of my Be Quicks holds my son’s diapers and a wipes case (from http://www.madebyangie.com/). I also always make sure I have some Diaper Baggies (http://www.diaperbaggies.com/).
The other Be Quick contains products for eating out, such as toddler forks and spoons, a bib, and two Table Toppers (http://www.tabletopper.com/).
Because I always need to carry water for the two kids, I pack two Born Free Sippy cups (http://www.newbornfree.com/) in the front pockets of the Be Spicy.
For my daughter, I carry a wet bag from Mini Me Baby Gear (http://www.minimebabygear.com/) filled with a spare set of clothes and a travel potty.
I also throw in a few toys, such as a Peek a Boo Bag (http://www.peekaboostuff.com/).
What do you pack in your diaper bag? Comment below if I’ve missed anything!
